    HBCUs graduate 20 percent of African American students, and despite constituting only 3 percent of four-year colleges in the country. In 2019, 3815 Media created a partnership between ESPN and HBCU Week to promote their College Fair and HBCU Week Experience. The mission of HBCU week is to encourage enrollment into HBCU’s, provide scholarship dollars for matriculation, and sustain a pipeline for employment from undergraduate school to Corporate America.
